Hi Verne,
The speakers arrived, in excellent shape, yesterday. They were packed really well. After enlarging the mounting holes on the basket (they were just a hair too small) I installed them in my Behringer Ultratwin. I think I told you, I bought it from a local music shop for $40. They thought both of the 30W power amps were shot. It originally shipped w/2 ea Jensen 10” Vintager 35W speakers. That seemed too low a rating – I figured some kid ran it on “10” all the time. The spkrs were shot.
I’m really amazed at the tonal range of the GW-1038PA’s! In the past I’ve purchased the big name brand replacement speakers from Musician’s Friend, and been pretty disappointed. The GW-1038PA’s in the Behringer solid-state modeling amp sound warmer than the Jensens that I installed last year in my Deluxe Reverb! I’m 54 years old and grew up on tube gear. I’ve been playing for over 40 years now and have heard many different speakers. You’ve done an outstanding job of providing an excellent product combined with a super price. Thank you.

I never thanked you for the help ordering the matching woofer and tweeters and the crossovers caps. Never had I got such detailed help and direction from a parts store before in my life. I was so impressed I told several people about you and plan to keep on going. It was as if I had my best friend on the phone talkin. Now my worries about speaker loss won't be as great :)

I received the speaker cups today. They are what I have searched
for in the last few years, but without any place in Hong Kong selling similar
items.
Thanks for your great help and I can now fix my speakers with these
cups.

Thank you very much for your assistance in replacing a set of old woofers.
I bought a set of Cerwin Vega speakers in the late 70's and the woofers
needed
replacement. I planned to put the speakers in my son's room.
I don't have the name of the person who helped me on the telephone but he was quite patient and helpful and I purchased a pair of the GW212/8 speakers. The speakers arrived on the day the salesperson said they would and a few minutes later the speakers were repaired and they sound great.

I got my L's and C's yesterday, just as I wanted. Beautiful coils! They measured up within a few percent and sound damn good, a helluva lot better than the radio shack coils I've been using.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your help and expertise
on getting me some new woofers for my 20 year old Pioneer speakers.
Weeks ago I ordered one woofer to replace one that the foam had rotted
and fallen off of and that speaker sounded so good and I turned around
and ordered another woofer just like the first one for the other speaker.
Now my 20 year old Pioneers with the new 12" woofers sound better than
ever. The bass has a nice good punch and is very deep and it also
allowed my midranges and tweeters to sound better because they are not
muffled by the muddy bass I use to get. So instead of spending hundreds
of dollars on new speakers I saved my old ones for $60 by ordering a couple
of new GW212/8's from you. And they fit perfectly in the old holes,
even the screw holes lined up perfectly. Thanks again and I'll order
future speakers & speaker parts from your site.

Got the caps. How can I thank you for your time and expertise? The crossover is perfect ... as a matter of fact they sound even better than when I had the dual 15 band eq in line.

I recieved your grills. They took about a week to come.
I was surprised about the quality and the weight of them. I like
the way they cover the screws and pull off to show off the speakers when
needs be.

Just wanted to drop you a note. I was surprised when I stopped by the
post
office today and they told me that they had a package for me. It was
my
speaker grills already! I opened the box only to find what a SUPERIOR
product the grills are. They are much better than what came with the
speakers. Kind of makes me glad that I threw the other ones away. All
I can
say is, you have excellent and fast service with a great product. Just
so
you know, I live in Charlottesville, and stopped by Crutchfield to
see if
they had anything or could help me in anyway since that's where I bought
the speakers. Well after getting the run around for about 3 weeks,
I did a
search on the web and found your site. Now I have the speaker grills
that I
needed.

Mike Wiseman here. I called you about a week ago after visiting
your site and we discussed troubles I was having with my Atlantic Technology
right and left front channel speakers. I'm the guy with the fried
coils on the woofer/tweeter crossovers. You told me that you'd be
in Vegas for the show and visit them, and I'll be damned if one of them
called me apparently from
the booth. I believe he said you were there when he was calling.
I want to thank you for that. Just when I think that there's not
much hope for the way we operate with each other in this country a guy
like you comes along. You remembered with absolutely no requirement
to do so. Thank you. I hope your business is very good and
that you prosper from it 'cause people who deal that way deserve the best.
As a matter of fact, that same day, I got an e-mail from one of the guys in the engineering/tech. dept. in Mass., and they're sending me out three coils (upgraded from the originals) free of charge that I can solder on these boards and be done with it. I am just recently online by the way, and now I'm sold. In addition, the thoughts and jokes section on your site is just great - refreshing.
